DigiSwasthya Foundation is being incubated by Atal Innovation Mission supported by NITI Aayog.

We are 3rd Cohort Incubatees at AIC-RMP. DigiSwasthya is listed under Tech for Social Good:

DigiSwasthya Foundation is a health tech non-profit organization. It is a section 8 organisation registered under the Companies Act of 2013. We bridge the gap between the healthcare needs of rural India and urban healthcare services.

DigiSwasthya is making healthcare accessible and affordable across rural India by leveraging technology. We have a phygital hybrid model where we help the rural community avail healthcare services via teleconsultations with doctors from tier 1 hospitals. Our panel of healthcare professionals includes doctors across all specialisations and languages. The patient navigator at our centre measures the vitals using digital devices, shares them with the doctors, facilitates a consultation through a telemedicine platform, generates an electronic medical record, generates a prescription, translates the instructions, etc.

We provide referral pathways for our patients, provide them with pro-bono or subsidised healthcare services including tie-ups with pharmacies and diagnostic labs. DigiSwasthya has been organising weekly webinars to increase awareness about healthcare and we have on ground awareness camps to educate the masses about telemedicine. Our team goes from village to village with educational material and teaches them about how they can avail affordable and accessible services through DigiSwasthya’s Telemedicine Centers.

Currently, we are running 2 telemedicine centres, first is located in Sant Kabir Nagar of Uttar Pradesh, second in Muzaffarpur of Bihar in the health care sector using Telemedicine. Since this region is located remotely, healthcare provisions are scarce and facilities are difficult to avail. There is consequently a significant need for healthcare facilities, timely diagnosis and treatment in this region. This has been the primary purpose for choosing to locate our telemedicine centre in Sant Kabir Nagar. Our centre is equipped with a patient navigator staff at the location. We also have tie-ups and a referral based system where advanced cases can receive the right information and expert opinions from various doctors associated with leading hospitals such as Tata Memorial Hospital, P. D. Hinduja Hospital, KEM Hospital, JJ Hospital, Apollo Hospital, Max Hospital, B.J. Wadia Hospital, LTMG Hospital.

The mode of delivery is enhanced to suit the convenience of the providers and consumers through the provision of Electronic Medical Records (EMR). This facility allows patients and doctors to access reports digitally using their phones. Moreover, DigiSwasthya conducts awareness camps in several villages of Sant Kabir Nagar and nearby rural towns where patients and people alike are equipped with information about various chronic diseases such as Cancer, Asthma, Diabetes, Hypertension etc. We also conduct primary health check-up drives free of cost. Referral pathways for major surgeries in different hospitals are also provided to the patients.

We are seeking sponsors to fund the expansion into the rural areas/aspirational districts of their choice where they have significant operations and business. The centre can be co-branded with the sponsoring brand.

Campaign Sponsors

Companies, trust and individuals with specific thrust in my life to sponsor specific interventions like breast care detections, girls screening programs for anaemia, newborn baby screening programs, diabetic screening and heart screening etc. A transparent mechanism will be implemented wherein the providing organization will send the bill directly to the sponsor along with the name address and contact number of the patient served.

As of September 2021, DigiSwasthya has been able to facilitate 1500+ teleconsultations and many of these have been financed by our valuable donors.
